USS TERROR 28th REUNION INFO

Date: September 21 - 25,2008

Where: Holiday Inn Express, here in Monroe, MI

Rate: $65.00 a day, includes breakfast, buffet. If you do not like what you see, then across the road are several restaurants including a "Cracker Barrel!"

This rate will hold for 3 days before and 3 days after.

Be sure to mention USS Terror when making reservations.

Airport Shuttle: Detroit Metro (30 miles). There are 2 of them.

Up to 4 people $65.00 per trip

6 people $89.00 per trip

I am working on others. Trying to improve price.

As it was in '95, for those who were here then, I recommend driving your car. There is much to see here, as we should be in full color then.

Temperatures should be 70s/ days and 50s/ nights

Sunday: Arrival light buffet

Monday: Bus to Joe's French Italian Inn

Those who were here in '95 remember this one. Prime rib, chicken marsala, perch. No decision needed now for choice, just wanted to wet your appetite.

Tuesday: Hotel has a "Catch All" buffet with wine and soft drinks.

Betty and I will sample this before we make a commitment.

Wednesday: Banquet at Hotel.

Trying to get a friend to do pig roast on patio.

Thursday: Departure

Those who would like a fishing charter for Lake Perch or Walleye; let me know and I'll get some figures for you.

Golf course - The other side of Expressway.

Cabellos is 10 miles from here for those so inclined
